Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of bar. Prepare all mixes and garnishes. Stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation. Assist Bartender in preparation of drinks as necessary. Fill in for Bartender’s breaks as necessary. Note This description incorporates the most typical duties performed. It is recognized that other duties not specifically mentioned may also be performed. The inclusion of these duties would not alter the overall evaluation of the position. Physical Demands/Work Environment To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the bar and casino, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis. Work is performed in an environment which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and dimly lit. Constant contact with staff and customers. Requires normal sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound.
