The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities within accounts and helping clients maximise the value they receive. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions. Understand client goals, challenges, and usage patterns to proactively encourage greater product/service adoption. Develop account plans to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs. Monitor account activity and ensure clients are drawing down on available services effectively.
