Creates an environment that allows staff to develop professionally.   Job Responsibilities:   * Creates an environment that allows staff to develop professionally. * Ensures patient satisfaction standards are meet in regards to both inpatient and outpatient measures to ensure both quality of care and quality of service. Ensures physician satisfaction with quality of care outcomes and nursing satisfaction. * Supports and assists appropriately in Inova Health System's strategic initiatives (e.g. Inova strategic plan, operating unit strategic plan, service line strategic plan, nursing strategic plan, etc.).
