Description des travaux ou des biens livrables : Volet 1: ADMINISTRATION Procéder à l’analyse des appels d’offres et compiler les exigences à rencontrer pour assurer la conformité de l’offre de service au moment du dépôt Identification des besoins en ressources humaines pour les différents projets qui vous seront confiés en collaboration avec l'équipe des RH Coordonner tout ce qu'il faut pour déposer la soumission dans le respect des échéanciers Préparer le dossier et rédiger l'offre technique à inclure dans le dossier d'appel d'offre en expliquant la facon dont l'entreprise réalisera le projet Volet 2 : INFORMATIQUE Agir comme conseiller lors de la réalisation de solutions logicielles utilisant principalement la technologie JAVA ou tout autre technologie que vous maitrisez; Effectuer la programmation requise selon les spécifications de l’analyste responsable Rédiger et/ou modifier des analyses fonctionnelles et d’essais; Participer à l’analyse des problèmes de production et en trouver la solution; Réaliser toute documentation pertinente aux projets (ex. : analyse d’impacts, coûts/bénéfices ...); Mettre à profit son expertise afin de soutenir les intervenants des différents secteurs impliqués ainsi que les ressources (internes et externes) lui étant assignées; Participer à l’élaboration des solutions (conception d’approches répondant aux contraintes techniques); • Effectuer les essais unitaires; S’assurer du respect des échéanciers des mandats à sa charge; • Participer aux rencontres de suivi de projet de l’équipe de réalisation et faire part de son niveau d’avancement, d’avenues de solution et/ou de problèmes pouvant compromettre les échéanciers ou la réalisation du projet ; Supporter le pilotage lors d’essais utilisateurs; Effectuer le développement nécessaire pour l'adaptation des modules identifiés par les architectes et/ou analystes Être bilingue (français et anglais), autant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit ( un atout) Capacités interpersonnelles très développées Maîtrise d'Office 365 Formation universitaire en informatique Doit aimer la rédaction et avoir une excellente maitrise de la langue française à l'écrit comme à l'oral LIEU DE TRAVAIL Le lieu de travail sera déterminé selon le mandat, il peut être en télé travail ou chez le client.
