This role is critical in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of operational objectives, while also managing administrative and logistical support functions. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Monitor job progress and schedule changes. Manage materials inventory, including tracking quantities and types. Complete and review EV worksheets for accuracy and compliance. Participate operational meetings. Work with operational team to address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints. Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings for mainline work. Monitoring operational finances - working closely with operations on projects. Back-Office Administration: Resolve fleet issues such as breakdowns, tows, and equipment changes. Address HR-related matters, including staffing, performance, and compliance. Utilize FSM for dispatching and assigning field tasks. Oversee invoicing and Comdata processes. Work with BUC & BUM on monthly financials. Manage purchase orders.
