Project Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of projects. Their duties include planning, designing, executing and monitoring every aspect of a specific project. Depending on the requirements of the client and their level of experience or seniority, Project Managers can handle one or multiple projects at a time. Other duties and responsibilities of a Project Manager include:
*Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs
*Developing detailed project plans to guide clients, staff members and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements

Project Manager – T&A Property Development
T&A Property Development are a fast-growing company based in Chelsea. Led by and award-winning architectd with over 25 years of expertise in design and construction of iconoic building projects, T&A Property Development LTD is an esteemed RIBA Chartered Practivce. The company offers a wide array of services to both home and business owners, encompassing new development, renovation, extension, loft conversion, interior design and more.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Manage the client’s minor works projects from pricing through to delivery via contractors and employed labour.
· Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
· Manage a team from brief to sign-off of works and subsequent snagging.
· Set up and communicate health and safety documents.
· Risk management, contingency planning, and communication with client throughout.
· Quality assurance through on-site inspections of works.
· Management of multiple projects at any one time.
· Documenting completed works.
· Communicating active work status with internal team.
Skills/Requirements that are highly Desirable:
· Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
· Relevant qualifications within construction.
· Ability to multi-task whilst prioritising workload.
· Ability to work under own initiative with good time management skills.
· Excellent communication.
· Experience using Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
· 40hours per week Mon/Fri.
· Salary: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year dependant on experience.
