Manage multiple projects implementation and delivery according to contract requirements Schedule and attend project discussions/meetings per project requirements Cost control to ensure meeting project budget provision. Manage change request and seek opportunity to improve project sales/revenue Attend project issues, work with factories / FAE to develop resolution/strategy for resolving issues effectively Support contract administration works (raising purchase request, provide sales forecast, tracking billing milestone, O&M submission) Work with Customer Service team on parts ordering and lead time Manage sub-contractors / service partners work schedule and quality of work. Populate and contribute the content of EA PMO portal to ensure it is a relevant to regional PM needs. Promote and conduct ethical behavior with customers and sub-contractors/service partners. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements Ensuring the QMS meets its goals Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS Create a culture of continuous improvement Diploma or equivalent in Engineering discipline At least 5 years of project management experience Good communication skills
