This is an exciting opportunity to join a developing service focused on improving income collection, tenancy sustainment, and resident outcomes. Working closely with the Income Maximisation Manager and wider housing teams, you will support targeted projects and interventions aimed at maximising rental income and improving performance across a range of tenures and portfolios. You will manage complex arrears cases, support early intervention activity, and work collaboratively with residents and internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.  The role will involve delivering project-based work linked to rent recovery, welfare support, legal escalation, and tenancy sustainment. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, use housing management systems effectively, and ensure all work is carried out in line with relevant legislation, policies, and pre-action protocol. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute to service improvements within a fast-paced housing environment.
