Administrative & Reporting * Maintain accurate and timely reporting of site activities, staffing levels, and performance metrics. * Develop and present monthly or quarterly business reviews for the client and internal leadership. * Manage documentation of policies, standard operating procedures, and escalation processes. Qualifications: * Minimum of 5+ years of experience serving as a project team lead, project manager, facilities manager, or in a related leadership role, preferably within a data center environment. * Minimum of a high school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. * Hands-on experience with electrical power distribution equipment and its application in mission-critical environments, including switchgear, UPS systems, fire and security systems, and other building systems. Demonstrates strong practical knowledge of data center infrastructure, with the ability to interpret and review one-line and three-line electrical drawings. * Led project planning and execution for facility improvements and mechanical equipment installations and maintenance. * Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop Supervisors or Team Leads. Experience guiding and developing project teams to drive performance improvements and achieve measurable results. * Strong client-facing skills with a solid background in customer service, relationship management, and conflict resolution. Effectively resolves issues through direct client engagement, resulting in positive feedback and strengthened long-term relationships. * Strong technical acumen with familiarity in data center operations and facility systems preferred. Working knowledge of building and IT infrastructure systems, including but not limited to medium-voltage switchgear, diesel generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, fire and security systems, as well as cooling and heating systems. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both clients and internal team members. * Strong organizational and administrative skills, with expertise in reporting and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook, as well as other computer tools and software commonly used for project management, data analysis, and team collaboration. * Certifications: EPA-608 Universal, OSHA 10, OSHA 30; PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required.
