As the largest single operator of quality nursing homes in Iowa, Care Initiatives has over forty (40) skilled nursing communities, eight (8) hospice offices (and growing!), plus our own internal staffing agency. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion. This role requires interaction with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously. In this role you will be required to work in person at our office in West Des Moines, IA, with the potential to become hybrid in the future. What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities: Works closely with organization stake holders to create and maintain the organization wide project plan roadmap.
