Beschrijving van het bedrijf Als Projectleider Leidingbouw ben jij de spil in de uitvoering van complexe ondergrondse leidingprojecten. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaakt, maar ook actief schakelt tussen de technische uitvoering, de planning en de aansturing van verschillende teams. Vanaf de eerste voorbereidende fase beoordeel je de haalbaarheid van het project, stel je een realistische planning op en zorg je dat alle vergunningen en afspraken met opdrachtgevers, gemeentesn en waterschappen op orde zijn. In de uitvoeringsfase stuur je een team van uitvoerders, werkvoorbereiders, projectcoördinatoren, onderaannemers en leveranciers aan. Jij ziet het grotere plaatje en grijpt in waar nodig. Jij bent degene die beslissingen neemt bij onvoorziene uitdagingen, bijvoorbeeld bij afwijkingen in de ondergrond of wijzigingen in het ontwerp. Naast de technische en organisatorische aspecten ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het financiële beheer van je projecten. Je bewaakt de kosten, houdt meer- en minderwerk in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen het budget worden afgerond. Als Projectleider Leidingbouw neem jij de leiding over de uitvoering van onze projecten door het hele land. Van drinkwatertransport en afvalwatertransport tot proceswatertransportleidingen, jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt, met een sterke focus op resultaat en samenwerking. Je start op onze vestiging in Medemblik om het team en de werkwijze goed te leren kennen. Daarna ben je vooral te vinden op de projectlocaties of een vestiging die voor jou handig te bereiken is. Onze projecten variëren in complexiteit en omvang, waarbij je te maken krijgt met opdrachtgevers zoals Vitens, Evides, Oasen en verschillende waterschappen. Gemeenten, provincies en buurtverenigingen spelen ook een rol in onze trajecten, en bij grotere projecten werk je nauw samen met een omgevingsmanager om alles in goede banen te leiden.
