Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have HR experience within the hospitality or F&B industry, and be capable of managing day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day HR operations of the company.

Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboarding.

Manage employee records, contracts, HR documentation and personnel files.

Coordinate visa, work permit and other employee-related government processes.

Oversee attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee benefits.

Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies and UAE Labour Law.

Support performance management, probation reviews and employee development.

Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE requirements and company HR policies.

Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.

Support management in implementing HR policies, procedures and initiatives.

Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Provide HR guidance and support to employees and management when required.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience and 2 years as HR Manager, preferably in the hospitality or F&B industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR practices.

Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Requirements

Proven experience in an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role.

Hospitality/F&B experience is highly preferred.

Good understanding of UAE employment regulations and HR practices.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Professional, approachable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
