AECOM has been appointed by the Games Independent Infrastructure and Coordination Authority (GIICA) as the Delivery Partner for the $7.1bn Games Venues Infrastructure Program. The Project Manager will lead the successful delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects within an integrated delivery partner model (or similar), working collaboratively with the client as part of a unified team. Leadership Provide strategic leadership and oversight across all program components, ensuring delivery aligns with client objectives, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Client Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the client’s leadership team, fostering a collaborative, transparent, and high-performance culture. Technical/Professional Expertise Plan and manage full project lifecycle—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and close-out. Oversee planning, design, procurement, and delivery phases, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple workstreams and disciplines. Drive program performance against schedule, cost, quality, and risk targets, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Financial/Project Management Own project financial performance—forecasting, billing, variations, and margin delivery.
