The proposed change initiative and software solution upgrade aim to enable the transformation of the College. The role brings rigour, structure and discipline to the planning and delivery of projects, supporting RCPI in modernising core systems, implementing new ways of working, and embedding sustainable organisational change. Reporting to the Connect Programme Manager, the Project Manager will manage large strategic projects as well as a portfolio of smaller digital transformation projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure delivery on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards.
