QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in utility construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale civil and infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong estimating and procurement skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Adept at client and subcontractor relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
