Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or related field with 5 years of related experience; or a Master's degree with 3 years of experience; or PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. Three (3) years of related experience in project management or program management. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
