Szobafoglalások kezelése és adminisztrációja
Kapcsolattartás más részlegekkel a vendégek igényeinek kielégítése érdekében
Napi jelentések készítése és az adminisztráció pontos vezetése
A vendégek kijelentkezésének intézése
A recepció tisztaságának és rendjének fenntartása
