Proactively identify, qualify and recruit passive candidates, using innovative sourcing strategies, cold calling, social media and networking tools. Drive Recruitment Technology Strategy to support talent pool development and sustainability. Develop sustainable, predictable talent pipelines that result in high quality of hire and low time to fill metrics. Provide a high-touch consultative partnership with stakeholders Proactively network to build relationships and develop robust candidate pools. Provide thought leadership through statistical data and research to generate new and innovative methods for process improvement.
