Description du poste MISSIONS PRINCIPALES En tant que Fromager / Fromagère, vous êtes garant(e) de la bonne tenue et du développement du rayon fromages traditionnel et/ou libre-service. Vous contribuez activement à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation de la clientèle. Qualifications ACTIVITÉS ET RESPONSABILITÉS Gestion du rayon Assurer l’ouverture, la mise en place et l’attractivité du rayon fromages Veiller à la fraîcheur, à la qualité et à la rotation des produits Mettre en valeur les produits (implantation, théâtralisation, promotions) Maintenir un rayon propre et conforme aux standards de l’enseigne Traçabilité et hygiène Garantir la traçabilité des produits (étiquetage, DLC, lots) Appliquer strictement les règles d’hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et HACCP Contrôler les températures, le stockage et la conservation des produits Gestion des commandes et des stocks Passer les commandes fournisseurs et gérer les réceptions Suivre les niveaux de stock et limiter les pertes Participer aux inventaires Relation client et vente Accueillir et conseiller la clientèle Partager votre expertise fromagère Développer une relation de confiance avec les clients Force de proposition et développement du rayon Proposer de nouvelles références produits Mettre en place des animations et dégustations Participer à l’évolution de l’assortiment Informations complémentaires PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Formation ou expérience en fromagerie ou métiers de bouche Connaissance des fromages et des règles d’hygiène Sens du commerce et de la relation client Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d’initiative Type de contrat: CDI
