  • Unterstützung des Recruiting-Teams im operativen Business
  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses
  • Bearbeitung des Bewerbereingangs und die Terminierung sowie Durchführung von persönlichen und telefonischen Erstgesprächen
  • Aktive Suche und Ansprache von geeigneten Kandidaten via Xing und LinkedIn
  • Erstellung und Streuung von Stellenanzeigen auf unsere Website und externen Karriereplattformen
  • Mitwirkung bei Recruiting Events

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Business Administration, Medienmanagement, Psychologie oder in einem vergleichbarem Fach
