The lab is seeking motivated postdoctoral Fellows to study 3 projects:

• Ribosome and translation mechanisms changes in the tumour microenvironment
• CircRNA functional analysis in cells and extracellular vesicles in refractory cancers
• RNA therapeutic development

Experience in cell and molecular biology, RNA profiling and cell culture techniques would be needed. Expertise with immune cells and immune analysis is especially appreciated, or with primary cells including patient samples, organoids or in vivo models, or with multi-omic informatic analysis. The candidates will work on their individual projects with the PI and the team, and with industry and academic collaborators to perform RNA and cancer investigations, develop new assays and therapeutics, develop and perform profiling assays, and assist in the day-to-day operation of the lab.

Key Requirements
PhD degree in Life Sciences, Genomics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Experience with cell and molecular biology techniques including cell culture, RNA sequencing, RNA analyses, cancer cell biology techniques. Experience with primary immune cells and immune analysis, or with patient samples, organoids or in vivo models, and/or profiling analysis will be preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in experimental procedures and data management, as well as experience in troubleshooting and projecting alternatives.
Ability to work independently with mentoring support as well as work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
