We are looking for a dedicated Collections Specialist to join our team in Westlake, Texas. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while advancing your career. In this role, you will manage account portfolios, resolve payment issues, and foster positive client relationships.

• Analyze customer account statements to identify discrepancies and billing issues.
• Develop and implement solutions to resolve payment delays and unresolved account matters.
• Engage with clients to investigate payment issues and negotiate resolutions.
• Communicate professionally to address billing concerns and ensure compliance with payment terms.
• Manage a portfolio of business-to-business accounts, handling 200–250 accounts weekly with regular follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of account progress and resolutions.
• Work proactively to bring clients back on schedule with payment commitments.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data, apply formulas, and format account information.
• Update and maintain account details using NetSuite or similar systems.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including CRM tools and NetSuite.
• Experience in accounts receivable and collection processes.
• Skilled in handling billing functions and claim administration.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and resolving disputes.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and formatting.
• Prior experience with inbound call management and customer service.
