Responsibilities Accurately record yard activity using yard sheet inventory system Daily drop trailer report management Bobtail tracking and management Trailer Retrieval from customers Track trailers movements in yard and drops Process rental trailers and coordinate trailer returns Monitor trailer utilization and equipment damages Interface with drivers, mechanics, hostlers, helping coordinators, and other internal and external customers and consumers Manage tractor assignments when needed Schedule deliveries and backhaul pickups as required Contact drivers to perform work as needed Serve as driver contact for "on the road" problems First step accident reporting process Serve as "point of contact" for drivers entering/exiting yard for service and security Provide drivers with all necessary administrative requirements for trips, directions, tolls Complete Site Security procedures Sales contact of off hours load status Other assignments as needed Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
