For Protiviti, we are seeking a highly skilled and finance-savvy Cash Flow Project Business Analyst to support the successful delivery of a complex Cash Flow Reporting initiative within a multi-phase project. This role requires a strong understanding of group-level finance reporting, cash flow principles, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, preferably OneStream. The ideal candidate will be a confident facilitator, capable of leading requirements workshops, eliciting and refining detailed user requirements, and working closely with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience in business analysis roles, particularly within finance transformation or EPM implementation projects.
• Demonstrated background in Cash Flow Reporting, including familiarity with different types of cash flow and related concepts.
• Strong working knowledge of finance at the group level, with experience in supporting consolidated reporting and planning activities.
• Proven ability to document business requirements, manage changes, and drive requirements through to formal sign-off.
• Experienced facilitator with the ability to run engaging and productive workshops involving senior finance stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with EPM platforms, preferably OneStream, and a solid understanding of their underlying architecture and capabilities.
• Experience in testing phases (SIT/UAT), including test planning, case creation, and execution

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent finance background
• Prior experience working on OneStream implementation or enhancement projects
• Familiarity with Agile or Hybrid project methodologies in a finance system context
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills

• Lead the analysis and identification of detailed user requirements for the Cash Flow project across multiple project phases.
• Plan, organize, and facilitate structured requirements gathering workshops with finance business users and other stakeholders.
• Interpret high-level business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable requirements and documentation.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of business requirements-from initial capture through refinement, validation, and final sign-off.
• Collaborate closely with finance teams, particularly those involved in Group reporting, to understand their reporting needs and align system capabilities accordingly.
• Ensure all changes to requirements are properly documented, assessed for impact, and managed through an agreed change control process.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including:

• Support of defect triage and resolution
• Validation of outputs against business expectations
• Liaise with EPM platform specialists and technical teams to ensure requirements are feasible and accurately implemented.
• Act as a bridge between finance and technology, ensuring alignment of business goals with system design and configuration.
