PERI Nordic Sales Manager Scaffolding – The position can be located in any of the Nordic countries. The Nordic subsidiaries have shaped the scaffolding market for 30+ years. The Role You will be responsible for the development and growth of the Scaffolding segment within the Nordic countries, both on an operational and strategic level, with reference to the Nordic Head of Sales & Marketing. You’ll own the segment plan, develop the markets, and coach a high performing team - applying PERI’s leadership principles and business processes to meet ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities · Lead & develop the team: Recruit, train, motivate and coach to high performance; drive proactive, cooperative ways of working. · Own the segment strategy: Develop and implement the marketing & sales strategy for the segment together with the Head of Sales & Marketing. · Drive revenue: Guide opportunity creation and deal closing; maintain a realistic project pipeline; set, track and improve KPIs. · Market development: Identify new customers and projects together with your team; monitor trends and competitors; feed insights for product improvement. · Customer excellence: Build and expand relationships with key decision makers; manage offers from pricing to presentation; handle queries, complaints, and customer debt. · Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations and Finance to ensure efficient and consistent delivery. · Planning & control: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning within group/subsidiary guardrails; ensure adherence to rules and processes; challenge and improve them where needed.
