Support the development and implementation of aftersales policies and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Assess market personnel capabilities and provide guidance on skill development and knowledge enhancement. Monitor and evaluate aftersales key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and profitability to ensure business sustainability.
