About the role Growth & New Business Manager As Growth and New Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing AGL’s consumer acquisition and growth strategy, driving sustainable and profitable growth in a competitive energy market. You will lead the development of strategies and delivery of both organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including innovative, data-driven initiatives to acquire new customers and expand market share, as well as supporting mergers and acquisitions. You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure all initiatives align with AGL’s strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute growth strategies for new customer acquisition across residential and SME segments, aligned with AGL’s Customer Markets objectives. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable initiatives for organic and inorganic growth. Lead cross-functional delivery of innovative, data-driven programs, including new product launches, channel optimisation, and customer journey enhancements.
