Why join us? DWF are currently seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join their Central Insurance Services team. Reporting to a Senior Marketing & Business Development Manager for the insurance division, you will work closely with Practice Area (PA) heads, and in partnership with specialists within the wider Marketing and Business Development team, operating in a project manager capacity, drawing on the subject matter expert to deliver high impact, client focussed M&BD activity. This position will be based in either our Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool or Manchester office on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities This role involves supporting senior stakeholders in the growth of the business's insurance practice areas, delivering client-focused business development and marketing initiatives. You will manage at least one of DWF's key insurance clients and work closely with the Client Partner and Core Client Team to foster relationship growth and expansion. Assurance in engaging with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships with clients and suppliers, and motivating internal colleagues will be essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate about all aspects of marketing and business development, particularly in driving client growth and enhancing the brand's profile. With aspiring growth plans underway at DWF, we seek a self-motivated marketing and business development specialist who thrives in a collaborative senior team.
