Working closely with everyone in our workplace - but directly with Sales Team - you will execute and coordinate a large volume of work efficiently and effectively.

As Sales Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of the sales ecosystem—supporting client relationships, managing operations, and enhancing service quality.

Your duties will include:

• Handling incoming sales inquiries and presentations
• Preparing sales orders and purchase orders
• Maintaining CRM and inventory spreadsheets
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Supporting the eStore/eCommerce process
• Coordinating logistics, couriers, and deliveries
• Sourcing, pricing, and purchasing products
• Participating in special projects and industry events
• Delivering creative solutions for outstanding customer service
• Leading internal communication and support as the “go-to” person for the sales team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
