Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Dubai. The Medical Sales Representative will promote BioScience’s hyaluronic acid medical devices and dermal fillers to healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals, ensuring product knowledge is clearly communicated and understood. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales visits, delivering product presentations and training, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics market. The role involves managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating agreements, and providing ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. The Medical Sales Representative will also collaborate with marketing and clinical teams, attend conferences and workshops, and provide market feedback to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including experience selling medical or aesthetic products and managing a sales territory.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly, respond to inquiries, and build trust with clients.
  • Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy to understand product indications, safety profiles, and clinical applications.
  • Experience in the medical aesthetics or dermatology sector, or with injectables and medical devices, is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, supported by strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, international environment, with the ability to collaborate across commercial, marketing, and clinical teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science, pharmacy, medicine, business, or a related field is preferred.
