Salary Range: 140,000 - $145,000 Yearly Responsibilities and Duties Develop and execute business strategy to excel operational and financial targets Manager state, federal, and company regulatory compliance Demonstrate effective communication, lead by example, ensure outstanding attention to detail in the care and wellbeing of all residents. Ensure positive engagement of residents, associates, and family members by maintaining a positive, open-door culture.
