As a Billing Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all billing activities. You will manage end-to-end invoice processing, validate billing data across internal project team, and support overall financial operations. This role plays a critical function in maintaining smooth billing cycles, supporting cash flow, and acting as a key liaison between project teams, clients, and finance. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end billing cycles (monthly, quarterly), including invoice preparation, validation, and submission via invoice portals. Perform billing data verification against project deliverables, purchase orders (POs), and contractual agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate closely with project teams, account managers, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing. Prepare, analyze, and maintain billing reports, aging reports, and reconciliation summaries. Support accounts receivable (AR) processes, including payment tracking and follow-ups on outstanding invoices. Handle billing adjustments, corrections, credit notes, and exceptional cases in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements related to billing operations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve billing processes, accuracy, and efficiency. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university is highly preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience in billing, accounting, finance operations, or accounts receivable roles, preferably in a fast-paced or project-based environment. Proven hands-on experience with accounting and billing systems such as QuickBooks. Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including invoicing, revenue recognition basics, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and resolve issues proactively. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across internal teams and external clients. Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is a must, with the ability to communicate professionally in a business environment. Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial data.
