Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and bank statements to ensure timely payments and collections. Handle payroll processing, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and statutory compliance in line with Indian regulations. Conduct month-end and year-end closings, including ledger maintenance and audit preparation. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities; provide insights for budgeting and forecasting. Collaborate with HR on payroll troubleshooting, employee benefits, and expense reimbursements. Implement process improvements using digital tools (e.g., Excel macros, Google Sheets automation, or accounting software like Zoho Books). Assist in procurement financial evaluations and inventory management reporting. Qualifications Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com); CA Inter/qualified or MBA in finance preferred. 3-5 years of experience in accounting/finance roles, ideally in Startup or corporate settings.
