Join our growing team as an Account Development Executive, where you'll be the face of an exciting new program designed to empower local businesses. This is a unique opportunity to blend outside sales, relationship-building, and strategic support—all while making a meaningful impact in your territory. What You’ll Be Doing Field Outreach & Sales (4 days/week in territory): Travel within your assigned region to meet prospective businesses face-to-face (reliable transportation required). Conduct door-to-door outreach in targeted towns (within a 2-hour driving radius). Present and pitch our innovative program to business owners, generating interest and guiding them through the application and vetting process. Qualify leads and manage your pipeline using Salesforce. Community Engagement & Event Support: Collaborate with the Field Manager to plan and host local recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls, coffee chats). Build relationships with community influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development organizations. Sales Operations & Reporting: Import and manage lead data in Salesforce, including weekly spreadsheet uploads. Assign and track leads, monitor pipeline activity, and support the sales team with new prospecting efforts. Create and maintain sales reports, analyze lead conversion metrics, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Act as a liaison across departments to enhance sales workflows and applicant experience. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or sales support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Proven ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities. Tech-savvy with intermediate to advanced Excel skills; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (ACT!, Goldmine, etc.). Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and data analysis. Comfortable conducting online research and navigating multiple systems. High energy, professionalism, and a proactive approach to learning and collaboration.
