Content Mastery: Develop and deploy high-impact social media and in-app content designed to ensure high engagement and conversion rates. Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the central point of contact between Marketing, Data, Operations, and Product teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth execution. Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and stay ahead of HK market trends to identify new growth opportunities. Data & Reporting: Define and track KPIs for all campaigns, monitor real-time performance, and provide actionable insights in monthly reviews.
