Assist in writing policies and ensure periodic review. Attend and report on agency operations as needed at all Board of Director meetings. Designate appropriate organizational structure to best utilize agency staff. Prepare an annual report to be available to the Board of Directors and the public. Complete annual evaluations of all programs. Identify goals and objectives for the next fiscal year to be incorporated into the 5-year plan. Supervise regional management and any additional personnel as needed and ensure relevant documentation of promotions, meetings, disciplines, etc. Select competent and appropriate personnel to fill open positions. Coordinate community relationships, including fundraising and education.
