To support the Marina to deliver an innovative guest experience that resists predictability. Responsibilities To greet and take care of marina guests and handle all inquiries. To accomplish general office procedures such as customer e-mailing responses, necessary documents’ preparation for signing the contracts, updating customer data base, regular reports etc. To deal with all berths related contracts: storage usage etc., make offers, issue invoices, conclude berthing, storage and travel lift contracts. To carry out any other duties that may be required to operate the facilities at Dubai Harbour Marinas as requested by the management occasionally. To insert all necessary data and keep records up to date to operate the marina management software properly. To collect payments and hand over to the accounting department along with related reports Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by the management. Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Respond to customer needs and requests in a timely manner. Prepare operational and financial records for Management to review Post charges to customers and handle payments transactions. Evaluate the performance and provide appropriate feedback. Clear and handle the outstanding balances. Maintain the customer’s account with the MMS and proprietary information,and protect company assets. To carry out any other duties that may be required to operate the facilities at Dubai Harbour Marinas as requested by the management occasionally.
