The Role As an Account Executive at Alva Labs, you will focus exclusively on new business acquisition. You’ll play a critical role in expanding our market presence by identifying, engaging, and closing new customers within the SaaS and HR-tech space. You will own the full sales cycle — from pipeline generation to deal closure — and work closely with multiple stakeholders on the customer side, as well as internally with marketing, product, and leadership.
