Our Sales Leaders are key contributors in providing a ‘caring team’ atmosphere for our customers. They are most accessible to the consumer to answer all questions and are the primary resource of knowledge on the sales floor.  We expect our Sales Leaders to show initiative, be a team player, and exemplify excellence during every aspect of the customer experience.    Sales Leader Key Responsibilities: * Infuse our Customer CARE program into the culture of the store in which you lead by example to drive retail sales by genuinely connecting with the customer, building relationships, and earning her business. * Belief that the customer always comes first and is the most important individual to our business. * Meet store specific Crown Rewards program enrollment goals on a consistent basis. * Assist management in developing and training staff of new products and processes. * Provide supervision and managerial support in the absence of the store manager and assistant store manager.  * Ability to learn and be efficient with our register system to ensure a positive and pleasant point of sale experience for our customers.  * Utilize outstanding selling skills during customer interactions to build sales and drive customer satisfaction. * Proactively learn retail product knowledge for all merchandise to use when selling to the customer. * Maintain and restock displays as directed by store management. * Perform additional duties as assigned.
