THE SKILLS YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM

• Food manufacturing experience essential and ideally Level 3 HACCP & Level 3 Food Safety Trained.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Line Leader role.
• Experience of co-ordinating both permanent and agency staff on shift-based operations with staff from multiple nationalities.
• Experience in increase capability of staff / completing training.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate Records and Logs.
• Self-motivated to deliver the role within a fast-paced environment with mixed skills and abilities across permanent and agency staff.
• Basic Computer Literacy – able to use MS Programs: Outlook, Excel and inventory control systems eg SAP.
