Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler -  The Ridge Foothill is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented individual to join our Care Team in a critical role - Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler.  We call the role our Team Operations Director because that's how important we think the role is! In this big role of Resident Care Coordinator / Scheduler (we refer to this role as Team Operations Director), you will recruit, orient, schedule, and supervise our care team members.  You will continue with training for our caregivers once they're oriented, but our two nurses will assume training and supervision of our Med Techs.  In addition, we have key care partners help you with handling team member call offs, especially on overnights and weekends - as a true work/life balance is important to us!   You must have experience scheduling a large department that runs 24/7.
