You will play a key role in helping clients achieve recovery and improve their quality of life through individualized treatment planning, counseling, and therapeutic interventions. Core Responsibilities: * Conduct screenings, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations to determine client needs.  * Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and client goals.  * Provide individual, group, and family counseling using evidence-based practices.  * Deliver therapy services that address mental health and substance use challenges.  * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated, person-centered care.  * Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.  * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.  * Participate in crisis intervention and provide support during acute episodes.  * Engage in community resources coordination to support recovery and wellness.
