Popis nabídky práce Staňte se součástí našeho Stäubli týmu na pozici Inside & After Sales. Hledáme komunikativní a organizačně zdatnou osobnost, která bude zajišťovat kompletní prodejní i servisní proces od nabídky až po fakturaci a bude garantovat spokojenost zákazníků díky efektivní a včasné komunikaci. Náplň práce: Přijímání požadavků na nabídky od obchodního a servisního týmu, tvorba nabídek v systému SAP a zajištění jejich správnosti a včasného doručení. Zpracování objednávek v SAP včetně potvrzení termínu dodání. Každodenní práce v CRM systému pro zajištění aktuálních informací u servisních zakázek. Vystavování a odesílání faktur, kontrola správnosti údajů. Komunikace s obchodním a servisním týmem, výrobním závodem i zákazníky po celé střední a východní Evropě - angličtinu využijete na denní bázi po telefonu i v emailech. Organizace logistiky pro příchozí i odchozí dodávky (balení, doprava, celní odbavení, dokumentace). Správa a optimalizace lokálního skladu, inventury, minimalizace nevyužitých zásob. Řešení reklamací, vratek a administrace zápůjček. Kvalifikace Dobrá znalost angličtiny pro každodenní komunikaci je nezbytná. Pomůže Vám předchozí zkušenost s prací v SAP a CRM. Neměl by Vám chybět zájem o techniku - ať už se jedná o průmyslového robota nebo náhradní díl, je fajn vědět, co zrovna zákazníkům nabízíme. Další informace Co Vám nabízíme?
