KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Employee Relations & Performance Management Coach leaders on performance management, goal setting, feedback, accountability, and talent development, including guiding managers through complex performance and conduct situations with empathy and sound judgment. Lead end to end employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective action, performance improvement plans, and terminations, escalating as needed. Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant application of people policies and practices. Support the rollout, adoption, and ongoing effectiveness of TTC’s performance management framework and HRIS system. Employee Experience & Engagement Act as a culture champion, partnering with leaders to foster inclusive, engaging, and supportive team environments where employees feel valued, connected, and aligned to our travel-focused mission. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships at all levels of the organization. Partner with leaders to drive adoption of new people processes, and ways of working. Support engagement initiatives, surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning. Partner with leaders to mitigate retention risks and address underlying drivers to support team stability. People Operations Ensure people decisions align with multi-state employment regulations, internal policy and best practices.
