As we continue to scale our operations and invest in modernizing our infrastructure, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to support the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of our NetSuite ERP platform.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development and administration experience.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP modules: Finance, Procurement, Sales, CRM, and Inventory.
• Proven experience integrating NetSuite with external systems and services.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (MuleSoft preferred).
• Prior involvement in NetSuite ERP implementation or system upgrade projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Salesforce integration experience using middleware (MuleSoft preferred).
• Experience with Snowflake, data migration, ETL processes, and reporting.
• NetSuite certifications a plus.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Senior NetSuite Developer, you will play a key role in our NetSuite ERP rollout and ongoing system enhancement. This position is ideal for a self-starter with deep technical expertise in NetSuite customization, integration development, and administration. You will partner with stakeholders across departments to design scalable solutions that align with our business goals while maintaining system integrity and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom scripts, workflows, integrations, and configurations within NetSuite.
• Leverage your knowledge of modules such as Finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory to deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and refine technical requirements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of system integrations with third-party platforms, including Salesforce, using tools such as MuleSoft or other middleware platforms.
• Support data migration and configuration efforts during NetSuite implementation and future enhancements.
• Create and manage custom APIs and web services for seamless data exchange with external systems.
• Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, and architectural planning.
• Troubleshoot system issues, conduct performance tuning, and implement long-term technical solutions.
• Perform NetSuite administrative tasks including role/permission management, saved searches, dashboards, and scheduled scripts.
• Document technical processes and support procedures.
• Provide training and post-go-live support to end users.
