Develop custom reports and dashboards to track performance, automation impact, and business KPIs. Ensure data quality, CRM adoption, and continuous platform optimization. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM and automation solutions. Requirements: Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator managing all hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations). Strong expertise in workflow automation, including complex logic, lead routing, scoring, and multi-step processes. Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot Breeze AI agents, chatbots, and AI-driven automations. Solid knowledge of CRM architecture, data modeling, and data hygiene.
