Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Creative Packaging Designer to join our dynamic team. We’re a leading CPG company dedicated to creating memorable products that delight consumers, and we believe our packaging is a key part of that experience.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing packaging that not only protects our products but also captures our brand’s essence, tells a compelling story, and stands out on a crowded retail shelf. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product development, and operations teams to translate brand strategies into stunning visual and structural packaging solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in packaging design, with a strong preference for experience within the CPG industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of packaging design projects, from concept to final product.
• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D rendering software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Keyshot).
• Solid understanding of printing processes, materials, and structural packaging design.
• Experience in creating die lines, preparing production files, and working with external vendors.

• Conceptualize, design, and develop creative and effective packaging solutions for new and existing CPG products.
• Create 2D and 3D mockups, prototypes, and final production-ready files for a variety of packaging formats (e.g., cartons, pouches, bottles, labels).
• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and aligned with market trends and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate packaging designs with marketing strategies and product specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and printing technologies to ensure our packaging is innovative and sustainable.
• Prepare design files for production, working closely with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality execution.
