PERATIONS MANAGER – LUCIANO’S EXCAVATION

With over 11 years of experience, we’ve successfully completed a wide range of multi-million-dollar projects across the New England region. We are currently seeking a well-rounded, experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of excavation and site development operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in excavation, site work, or heavy civil construction
• Proven track record in operations or project management
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, and safety protocols
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Valid driver’s license; OSHA certifications a plus

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and project execution
• Coordinate schedules, equipment, and crews across multiple job sites
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships
• Maintain compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
• Manage budgets, procurement, and resource planning
• Mentor and lead field staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
