Upper Bench Estate Winery & Creamery is an award winning winery, producing bold reds & crisp, dry whites as well as our own line of artisanal cheese. Our outdoor covered Patio features a Forno Bravo pizza oven, where we make traditional style Neapolitan pizza. We are located at the gateway to the Naramata Bench in Penticton and we are looking for two more people to round off our stellar team. We are looking for passionate, sales driven, professional, customer service orientated individuals. The ideal candidates will be comfortable conducting wine & cheese tastings, serving customers, introducing our Club Membership options, both in our busy wine shop and our 19+ patio.

• Strong sales and customer service skills imperative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a self-motivated and a quick learner
• Reliable transportation, of legal age, lives locally
• Wine, cheese & food knowledge appreciated

• Must be able to meet physical requirements, including being able to stand for extended periods of time and the ability to lift 50lbs.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends as needed
