Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and campaign inquiries.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand the nature of their debt collection requirements.
• Collect initial information and documents required for preliminary case assessment.
• Qualify leads based on the company’s service criteria.
• Schedule meetings and consultations between prospective clients and the relevant consultants.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads before and after consultations.
• Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, engagement documents, and service information.
• Follow up on pending proposals, approvals, documents, and payments.
• Update lead information, communication records, meeting notes, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate internally with consultants, management, legal teams, and operations teams.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling client, debtor, financial, and case-related information.
• Support the conversion of qualified inquiries into signed clients.
• Prepare periodic reports on inquiries, meetings, proposals, conversions, and pending follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in customer service, telesales, sales coordination, client relations, or lead management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Arabic communication skills are strongly preferred.
• Professional telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently with individuals, business owners, finance departments, and corporate clients.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and maintain accurate records.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
• Ability to prepare professional quotations, proposals, and business correspondence.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• High level of confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Experience in debt collection, legal services, financial services, banking, insurance, or professional consultancy is an advantage.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to calls and messages, understanding prospective clients’ requirements, scheduling consultations, following up with leads, and preparing quotations and service proposals. This role is suitable for someone with strong communication skills, excellent follow-up abilities, and experience in customer service, sales coordination, telesales, or professional services.
