We are seeking a caring and patient individual who has a firm understanding of SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), Complex Needs, and ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). You will be working in both 1:1 and group settings alongside the teacher, so flexibility and a collaborative spirit are essential. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the educational and emotional development of children with special educational needs (SEN). You’ll work closely with children who require extra support due to complex needs, ensuring they receive the individual attention they need to thrive. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in classroom activities, providing one-on-one support, and helping to create an inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood.
