Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic P&L Management Drive the pandamart commercial P&L, balancing top-line growth with margin optimization. Own the commercial levers of inventory health, specifically driving strategies to minimize waste, shrinkage, and expiries. Collaborate with Marketing on customer acquisition/retention and Operations on efficiency to drive overall business growth. 2. Category Management & Assortment Strategy Define the "winning" assortment: lead decisions on SKU onboarding, delisting, and category expansion. Optimize category performance through data-driven reviews, ensuring assortment depth matches customer demand and market trends. Drive Private Label range development & expansion. 3. Supplier Partnerships & Monetization Lead high-level negotiations, Joint Business Planning (JBP), and commercial terms with local and global suppliers. Grow "Retail Media" revenue together with the Retail Media & Partnership team and secure supplier support for campaigns. 4. Pricing, Competitiveness & Campaigns Design and execute the SKU pricing strategy to balance margin protection with strong price perception. Cross-Functional Operations Align assortment strategy with warehouse capacity and supply chain constraints to ensure high availability and operational flow. 6. Provide active coaching and mentorship Drive and monitor team OKRs and KPIs Qualifications 10–15 years of experience in Category Management or Commercial roles.
