JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for the best talent to join our team in the Sr Manager, Global R&D Communications role! This position can be based in our New Brunswick NJ, Titusville NJ or Spring House PA office location on a hybrid schedule.
Purpose: This position supports the implementation and integration of the employee communications strategy for the global Research and Development organization, while also providing leadership communications support for the Executive Vice President (EVP), Innovative Medicine, R&D, and broader R&D leadership team. This position will also support major communications activations surrounding priority business achievements partnering across regional and global teams to help bring campaigns to life through strategic storytelling, reinforcing the company’s narrative of leading where medicine is going. This highly visible role will help to inform, inspire and engage the global Innovative Medicine R&D employees through the planning and execution of Town Halls, organizational communications and culture initiatives with a focus on analytics and continuous improvement. This individual will also collaborate closely with our global network of enterprise communications teams and business partners to help bring the innovation strategy and priority pipeline breakthroughs to life across internal and external channels.
