Primary Responsibility * All Billing for ResinTech and Aries Filterworks for the main office & all satellite locations. * All Billing for Lab Services; will work with Inside and Outside Lab Sales for Resin & Water Analysis. * Troubleshoot all Corporate Billing issues to ensure accuracy. * Interact with Customers Service & Shipping Departments to resolve billing related issues. * Conduct account research and analysis, as needed for escalated billing issues. * Actively monitor the Billing & Corporate Billing inboxes daily and troubleshoot as needed. * Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately. Secondary Responsibility: * Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with daily tasks as needed, including but not limited to vendor invoice entry, freight bill trouble shooting, cash receipt application, etc. * Perform data entry and clerical duties for finance department.
