Tasks

• Independent handling of ongoing bookkeeping (preparation & accounting of all documents for the tax advisor)
• Creation and management of outgoing invoices as well as monitoring of outstanding receivablesPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB/IFRS in collaboration with the tax advisor
• First point of contact for collaboration with the tax advisor
• Execution of account and cost center reconciliations and analyses
• Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity
• Optimization and digitization of financial processes

Requirements

• Completed commercial education with a focus on accounting or a degree in finance, business administration, or accounting
• and/or several years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• and/or knowledge of tax law and experience with international accounting standards
• Proficient in accounting software (DATEV)
• Very good Excel skills
• Native German speaker and good English skills
• Accuracy & professionalism in handling numbers
